The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All items will be shipped via UPS and orders may take anywhere up to 2 weeks.

  • Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy How To Return An Item Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Return Exceptions Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Restocking Fee There is no restocking fee applied to any orders as of yet. Smaldore Associates LLC. reserves to right to amend this policy at any future date. Exchanges If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange it for any other product of equal or greater value. The full value of the returned item will be applied to the new item and you will be responsible for the balance. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will have to pay return shipping.
